Terms of Service

The service

raindancegenerator.com creates an eight-second, portrait HD duet video with audio from two role-assigned photos and a fixed golden-pier scene. Output dimensions can vary within portrait HD. AI may change facial details, movement, clothing, or synchronization; an exact likeness or performance is not guaranteed. Scene illustrations are not generated customer results.

Eligibility and permission

You must be at least 18 and have permission from every person shown in your photos. Use only images you have the right to upload and process. Do not submit children, non-consensual intimate material, deceptive impersonation, or other harmful or unlawful content. Inputs and results undergo safety review. A blocked or uncertain request may be stopped or held for investigation.

You retain your rights in the photos you submit and permit the processing needed to fulfill your request. A generated result does not create rights in someone else’s likeness, music, or protected material. You are responsible for having the rights needed for your intended use and for making clear that a shared video was AI-generated where context requires it.

Account and purchases

Keep your password private and verify your account email. Video packs are one-time purchases: one video for US$6.99 or three for US$17.99. The final charge is shown at checkout. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Credits belong to the purchasing account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except through an approved refund.

Starting a task reserves one video credit. Confirmed failed tasks return that credit. Tasks with uncertain provider or payment status remain under review to avoid duplicate charges or generation. A reversed or disputed payment can suspend the associated account’s credits and downloads while it is investigated.

Access to your result

Use your signed-in account to view task status and download completed videos. Download access lasts seven days; save your copy before it expires. Photo access expires after 24 hours. Closing the browser does not cancel a task that has already been submitted.

Problems and refunds

See the Refund Policy and contact hello@raindancegenerator.com with your order or task reference if something goes wrong. We may pause requests for maintenance, capacity, safety, or payment review. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
