Privacy Policy

Information used to make your video

We use your account email and sign-in records to identify you and protect access to your videos. You choose two photos and assign the singer and partner roles. Photos preview in your browser before upload. When you start generation, your browser prepares the photos and sends them to our private storage.

Only upload photos of consenting adults. We use the selected photos and the scene template to create your requested video. We do not publish your uploads or results in a public gallery.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application and private media. Replicate processes generation requests using the Pruna model. Our content review service, accessed through SeeAPI, reviews the prompt, photos, and result for safety. These providers receive the information needed for their part of the request and may process it outside your country. Their own processing and retention terms also apply.

Stripe processes payments. We store order references, purchase amounts, video-credit balances, and payment or dispute status. We do not receive or store your full card number. Our configured email service sends account verification and password-reset messages.

Storage and deletion

Uploaded photos become inaccessible through our service after 24 hours. Completed video downloads expire after 7 days. Automated cleanup removes expired private objects; failed deletions are retried. Removing an uploaded photo revokes access through our service immediately. A request already sent to a provider may continue processing.

Account, task, payment, and security records may remain after media expires to support your account, reconcile payments, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Contact us for access or deletion requests. Deleting our copy does not by itself delete copies already processed by a provider or downloaded by you.

Cookies and technical data

Essential cookies maintain your login and security state. We may record a sanitized campaign source in a first-party utm_source cookie for up to 30 days when you arrive through a tagged link. The hosting service receives technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage through its own cookies (such as _ga), which collect standard device and interaction data. You can block these cookies in your browser settings without affecting sign-in or purchases; see Google's policies for how that data is handled. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or purchases.

We do not sell your photos or account information. We may disclose necessary records to service providers, to investigate abuse or payment disputes, or when required by law.

Your choices and contact

Download videos you want to keep before their links expire. For account access, corrections, deletion, or questions, email hello@raindancegenerator.com from your account email. We may ask you to verify ownership before releasing or changing private information.

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the date above. Your applicable privacy rights are not limited by this policy.
